A security deposit will be required at the time of hire to cover the insurance excess. This is standard practice when hiring a sports car.

The security deposit will held by way of a pre-authorisation on your credit card (this checks you have sufficient funds but does not take money out of your account) until we are satisfied that the car has been returned by you in the condition it left us.

In the event of damage to the car (or third party claims), the security deposit will continue to be held by us (and/or used as payment) until such time as all damages, losses and liabilities have been fully paid for.
